I am a warm and practical, interactive, cognitive-behavioral therapist with training in additional methods of treatment. These include but are not limited to12 Step work, Mindfulness, Energy work.
My intent is to provide support and practical feedback to help you resolve or improve your current concerns.
With sensitivity and compassion, I will assist you in finding new options and solutions to a variety of lifes challenges.
By using different methods I am able to develop an approach that is specific to each person.
This includes building on your strengths and natural abilities along with helping you identify ways to achieve your goals.
I have appts during the day or late afternoon during the week. I take private pay and I am an out of network provider for most insurance companies.
