American Storage has been a proud member of the greater West Salem business community since 1978. Our mission is to meet the storage and capacity needs of businesses, individuals, organizations and state/federal agencies throughout the area with clean, secure and well-equipped storage facility they require.

Since 2002, American Storage has undergone a number of remodels, rebuilds, and additions to keep up with these needs.

• We currently offer more than 300 storage units, including non-combustible solid steel models.
• Our lot is designed to accommodate the turning radius of freightliners, campers and long haulers.
• Automatic roll-up doors provide handicap accessibility.
• Our largest (12X35) units are equipped with roll-up doors at both ends for easy boat or RV parking.
• Our state-of-the-art camera, fencing and surveillance system, along with our 24/7 onsite management team, provides clients with the level of security they expect and deserve.

From our smallest 10X5 to the new 12X35 drive thru units, American Storage is ready to meet your storage and capacity needs.

We offer monthly, six-month and yearly rentals at competitive prices, giving you the flexibility to rent units as your needs arise, whether it's for long- or short-term storage.

Our clean, well-lighted facility provides wide passageways and ample turn-around space, making it easy for 18-wheelers and commercial haulers to pull in and pull out. We also provide handicap-accessible units that are fitted with automatic roll-up doors operated by keypad.

Office Hours

American Storage’s office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday 9 a.m. – 2 p.m., Pacific. Our offices are closed Sundays.

365-day gate access

American Storage provides our clients with daily gate access from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. This includes weekends and holidays so you can access your storage any day of the year.
